Michael McGuire

Communications and Customer Experience Analyst, Postal Regulatory Commission

Mick McGuire has been a CX professional since 2017. Currently he serves on the staff of Chairman Kubayanda of the Postal Regulatory Commission as a CX analyst, where he has been since 2019. Mick advises the commissioners and staff on CX and UX issues and helps to formulate questions about CX to ask of the Postal Service during the annual complaince review mandated by Congress. Previously he performed CX at a tech startup focusing on POS software. Mick’s previous experience has ranged from public relations, being a trained sommelier and also a professional actor for seven years.
