She is a subject matter expert who coaches and advises teams to lead scalable growth solutions that reduce waste, optimize productivity, and improve workflow. In 15 years as a federal senior executive leader, Michele was Director, Interior Business Center, leading a shared services organization that served more than 150 federal entities in human capital management, financial management and acquisitions. Michele also served as Principal Deputy Special Trustee for American Indians with oversight of a $3B trust and advising on matters related to economic development, financing, and investment as well as financial literacy and investment training.
