Michelle Paul

Michelle Paul is a Managing Director with BDO Public Sector, LLC. She serves as the Federal Civilian Health Account Lead. Michelle is responsible for the development of innovative solutions and quality of engagement delivery for Civilian Health clients. Michelle possesses over 15 years of financial management and internal control experience and has led large project teams addressing high-profile and complex federal projects. She is deeply experienced with OMB Circular A-123, Enterprise Risk Management and Improper Payments, Audit Remediation, Risk Assessment, Internal Controls over Operations, Internal Audit, COSO, GAO internal control framework (Green Book), FMFIA, and FFMIA. Michelle graduated from University of Rochester with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and German, and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Accounting. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
