Mick is an independent consultant and thought leader on strategic innovation. Currently he serves as the Union of Arab Banks Innovation and Intrapreneurship Advisor. Previously, Mick served as the Enterprise Innovation Officer for USAA, where he built and led the innovation program to world class status. A natural change agent, Mick is an executive innovation practitioner with over 200 credited patented inventions, and is the author of the new book “Victory Disease”. Mick is a certified defense financial manager, certified management accountant, and currently sits on the Board of the Global Innovation Institute.
