Mike Fredrickson

Mike Fredrickson is a Senior Manager at RMA Associates, LLC (RMA) over Federal audit and advisory services. He is also the Treasurer of the Northern Virginia chapter of the Association of Government Accountants. Prior to RMA, Mr. Fredrickson worked in incomes taxes for a local D.C. tax firm and as a compliance auditor for the Department of Navy. 

His Federal experience integrating performance into advisory support and audit recommendations has helped strengthen the Government’s emphasis on the need for accountability and transparency. Mr. Fredrickson currently leads performance management improvement teams for the Department of Defense.
