Mike Stough

Mike Stough serves as the DHS Evaluation Officer and is currently leading the Department’s efforts to implement the “Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018.” Mike also serves as the Performance Improvement Officer, responsible for a variety of performance measurement and reporting activities. Finally, Mike oversees the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution system that frames leadership deliberation of resource issues and leads to a Future Years Homeland Security Program (FYHSP). Mike transitioned to DHS after completion of a 31-year career in the U.S. Air Force.
