Senior Program Analyst, Data Provisioning & Ad-hoc Analysis Team, HHS- OIG

Miranda Fanning is a senior analyst within the Office of the Chief Data Officer in HHS’s Office of the Inspector General. In this role, she analyzes grants and contracts data to identify areas of risk and she serves as the product owner for the Grants Analytics Portal. Prior to joining HHS OIG in March of 2020, she conducted health services analysis for the Health Resources and Services Administration, and she led health related grant programs for the state of Texas. Miranda has a Master of Public Health with a focus in Epidemiology from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University.
