Neil Cohen

Neil Cohen is the Deputy Director for Audit, Oversight & Investigations for the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General (OIG). Neil has nearly 30 years of public sector experience, including 23 years with the OIG where he currently co-manages the investigative function.

Neil holds an MPA from Columbia University and earned the CFE and CIG professional certifications. He is an adjunct lecturer at Clark University in Worcester, MA and the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is a frequent guest lecturer for other local graduate programs. In his spare time, Neil volunteers for the AARP’s Fraud Watch Network.
