Mr. Neil Stewart
Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (FM and Comptroller), RPA Center of Excellence Lead
Mr. Stewart is the Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (RPA CoE) lead for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy Financial Management Systems (DASN FMS).
Prior to serving as the RPA CoE lead, Mr. Stewart spearheaded implementation of the IT Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls for Navy business systems.
Mr. Stewart held several private sector positions that ranged from senior accountant to senior auditor for public accounting firm Ernst & Young.
