DR. NICK HART is President & CEO of the Data Foundation. He worked at the White House Office of Management and Budget under three presidents and served as the Policy and Research Director for the U.S. Commission on Evidence-Based Policymaking. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and the Bipartisan Policy Center.
