Nicole Bartlett CPA, MBA

Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant and has been with the Arizona Auditor General since January 2001. Nicole was recently promoted to Quality Management Services Director where she will be responsible for overseeing the Office’s quality management system, compliance with professional standards, recruiting, and training. Prior to this role, she served as the audit manager over the State of Arizona’s financial and single audits for 10 years and worked on several county, community college district, university, and state agency audits in various roles. Nicole is also over the leadership development program for the Arizona Auditor General as a certified facilitator of The Leadership Challenge and has participated in 13 state peer reviews (3 as team member, 3 as team leader and 7 as concurring reviewer). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Arizona State University in 2000 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix in 2006. She enjoys travelling, especially if it involves attending a sporting event and is active in several charitable organizations.
