Nitin Mahabal has over 25 years of experience in the information technology and data management field and is currently serving as a Financial Systems Analyst within the Division of Financial Management at National Science Foundation and is responsible for managing the Financial Accounting System, financial functions transformations, and reporting using innovation and automation. He also leads the Enterprise Data Inventory team, focusing on standardizing the data asset definitions and developing the data strategy to collect, manage, and use data effectively, leading to better outcomes and improved decision-making by harnessing the power of data. He has an impressive track record of leveraging his expertise in technology and data modernization to drive success and innovation in multiple mission-critical applications at the organization. In addition to his professional achievements, Nitin is an active supporter of non-profit organizations such as Wings for Growth, where he holds the position of Executive Director of Information and Technology and Best Runners, where he supports the annual 5K run.
