Dr. Paaqua (Pakwa) Grant, Ph.D. is always looking for his next new thing. He started his professional life as a professional Ballet dancer before getting his Bachelor’s and Doctorate in Biological Sciences. Instead of continuing in science, however, he moved on to science education manufacturing, data analytics, and supply chain management before transitioning to the Department of Veterans Affairs, first as a Project Management consultant and now Organizational Change Manager as a federal employee.
