Ms. Clement is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 29-years of consulting and government service leading large-scale enterprise-wide information technology initiatives. Her extensive career includes positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, BearingPoint, and Deloitte, leading the development and implementation of on-premises mainframe and client-server core accounting, financial management, and grants management systems. Ms. Clement joined HUD’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in 2015 and now is with OCFO, after having spent the previous 4-years with the U.S. Department of Labor’s OCFO leading both private and Federal shared services Department-wide information technology initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Howard University and an M.S.in Information Systems Technology in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University.
