Paul Bartley

Paul S. Bartley is Director, Global Shared Services, for Becton Dickinson (BD), a leading medical technology company. In this role he is responsible for identifying shared services opportunities, ensuring the success of the transition of services to global centers, improving operations, and supporting efforts to implement end-to-end processes and enabling technologies. Prior to joining BD he was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Program Support at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. As Director of the Program Support Center (PSC), he led a $700M operation that provided more than 60 shared services on a competitive, fee-for-service basis to federal agencies across government.
