Preston Finley

Preston Finley is the Director of the Strategic Foresight and Risk Management team within the Office of Enterprise Integration at VACO. He began his Federal Service with the Postal Service in 1994 and held numerous positions in Marketing, Operations, Strategic Planning, Risk Management and He is a graduate of the Postal Service’s Managerial Leadership Program, Advanced Leadership Program and the Department of Veteran Affairs 2019 Leadership VA Program. Mr. Finley holds a BA in History with a Minor in American & English Literature from the University of South Florida; a MS in Computer & Information Systems and a MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University. Mr. Finley also holds numerous certifications: PMP Certification from the PMI since 2013, Gallup Certified Employee Engagement Facilitator/Coach since 2016, and the Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certification from Stanford University in 2017. When he’s not working, Mr. Finley enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching and shooting archery, rollercoasters, Soo Bahk Do and rollerblading. He also enjoys reading, playing and listening to music, gardening and jigsaw puzzles.
