Ms. Rachel Dorman

Rachel Dorman supports the Department of Veterans Affairs Chief Learning Officer and Executive Director of the Human Capital Services Center as an Executive Assistant. Previously, she was the VA Pathways Programs Officer and led efforts to recruit, develop, and retain students and recent graduates at VA. Rachel has more than 20 years of Federal experience and has previously worked in Policy and Human Resource capacities at the, U.S. Office of Personnel Management, U.S. Departments of Labor and Commerce. She is particularly passionate about promoting employment opportunities for young people, especially those with disabilities. Rachel holds a B.A. in Human Services from The George Washington University.
