Randy Singh is the Chief of the Financial Management Portfolio within the Department of Administrative Services. Randy is the systems liaison to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the strategic roadmap of all nationally deployed Financial Management Systems across the Judiciary.

He is focused on bridging operational requirements with technological solutions and has spent most of his career listening to the voice of the customer and collaborating on solutions. Currently, Randy is in the process of working with his team to consolidate 95 Momentum databases into a single Momentum instance that will also serve as a decision support system for the Judiciary.

Randy is a New York City native and earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY. He also holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, Washington, DC and a Masters Certificate in Management Studies in Information Systems from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, Rochester, NY.
