Randy Toris

Randy Toris joined the Department of Homeland Security in April, 2019 as the Director of Financial Operations (FO), in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for overseeing financial support to the offices and employees of the MGMT Directorate and the Offices of the Secretary and Executive Management. Prior to joining DHS, he was a member of the United States Air Force, culminating his service as the Division Chief of Programs and Legislation, within Air Force’s Legislative Affairs Directorate. Mr. Toris has over 27 years of active duty and civilian experience directly focused on financial management, budget, and program management.
