Program Manager, Continuous Process Improvement Office, U.S. Government Accountability Office

Ray LaVoie joined GAO in 2020 in the Continuous Process Improvement Office as the Organizational Change Management Lead. He served 13 years in the Army, achieving the rank of Major. His military career includes deployments to Kuwait, Jordan, and Kosovo. Ray has over 20 years of organizational change experience in both the military and large non-profits. He has experience with focus groups, organizational assessments, training, change portfolio management, project and enterprise level change management. Ray has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy and a master’s degree in organizational Change Leadership. He holds certifications in project management and is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and Level Two Train the Trainer.
