Reed Waller was formerly the lead for CX and Vendor Experience in the Financial Management Quality Management Office, U.S. Department of the Treasury, after a long career in the U.S. Department of Justice. Since retiring from Federal service, he consults service and solution providers supporting Federal FM. He has studied leadership and quality service with the Disney Institute, and during the pandemic he wrote a satiric fantasy novel inspired by Disney. His passion is connecting people and organizations with their creativity, through fun, innovation, and embodied presence. He welcomes all pronouns, with a preference for he/him/his or zey/zem/zeirs.
