Ricky Perry CGFM, CPA

Ricky (Alan) Perry, Jr., is an assistant director with FASAB. He has managed Board projects on leases, revenues and other financing sources, reporting entity reorganizations, and tax expenditures. Prior to joining FASAB, Mr. Perry worked at GAO, where he managed federal financial audits, audited certain federal disaster relief and tax credit programs, and assessed government-wide payment integrity processes and strategies. Mr. Perry is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager. He is an active member of AGA, serving on the CEAR Board. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from NC State University.
