Mr. Robert Smith is Division Chief of the Enterprise Monitoring, Oversight & Reporting (EMOR) Division for the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) (OUSD(C)). In this role, he serves as the principal advisor to the FIAR Director for issues, policies, and improvement opportunities in support of the audit governance process, managing audit roadmaps, and oversight of the data within the NFR database. Additionally, Mr. Smith oversees the development and execution of machine learning projects, aimed at gaining more insights from the Department’s contracting and audit data.
