Ruba Elbasha is a Partner in Guidehouse’s Defense & Security Segment with over 20 years of experience supporting Federal Government clients with business and financial management transformation initiatives, focused on standing up and maturing internal control programs, strategic studies, audit remediation, and driving change and innovation in financial operations through technology, analytics, and automation. She is the leader of Guidehouse’s Financial Management Service offering, where she drives the Firm’s strategy and capability development in financial management solutions, and she leads the Defense and Security Segment’s Financial Management practice, comprised of a team delivering solutions to defense and national security clientele. Prior to joining PwC / Guidehouse, Ruba started her career in KPMG’s Federal CFO Risk Advisory practice. She is an MBA and CPA, CGFM, PMP, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
