Dr. Russell Robinson works for the Program Support Center, which is an office division of the US Department of Health & Human Services as a Senior Advisor for Training and Engagement. In this role, Dr. Robinson works with PSC’s leaders on being strong and inspiring, selecting and developing talent, and creating an open and safe culture.
