Sarah Cunningham CGFM

At Summit, Sarah Cunningham leads a portfolio that supports Federal clients through building data driven decision making capacity, and designing, implementing, and improving federal programs. Prior to Summit, Sarah was the CFO for a large local government and was Assistant Chief Financial Officer for Budget at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She also spent over a decade at the Office of Management and Budget, where she was the team lead overseeing budget, performance, and accountability guidance and implementation for the $5 Trillion Federal Credit portfolio.
