Scott Sadlon

Scott Sadlon is a seasoned change management executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional strategy efforts on successful campaigns for dozens of federal organizations. Specifically, he has driven contracting and acquisition change management efforts for both Defense and Homeland Security organizations. Mr. Sadlon is certified as a Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP), with additional credentials from Prosci (Change Management) and the Human Capital Institute (Human Capital Strategist).
