Shanita Wilkins

Shani Wilkins currently serves as the United States Secret Services’ (USSS) Chief of Affirmative Employment, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA), and Analytics as well as the Acting Deputy in the Office of Equity and Employee Support Services. This office includes the Equal Employment Opportunity, Employee Assistance Program, Chaplain Program, Ombudsman Program, Disability Program, Special Emphasis Program, Affirmative Employment Program, DEIA, and Data Analytics. In these roles she oversees the office strategic planning and operations, activities, training, human resources, and budget to provide the Agency enterprise-wide alternatives for dispute resolution and to cultivate a diverse and thriving culture of inclusion where every employee feels respect, value, and belonging for optimal performance and mission success. Prior to this, she held the position of Chief Diversity Officer in the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General to conceptualize, define, assess, nurture, and cultivate DEIA as an institutional and educational resource within the OIG.
