Sidney Getz

CGI Federal Senior Vice President Sidney Getz is a proven IT professional providing leadership and solutions to US federal and state government clients for more than xx years. His experience is highlighted by leading large-scale implementations of Enterprise Resource Process (“ERP”) solutions in the federal government. He has expertise in program management, Federal financial management, Federal acquisitions, strategy development, systems integration, system development lifecycle methodology, business intelligence, Scaled Agile Framework (“SAFe”) methodology, functional requirements analysis, software testing, and training. Mr. Getz currently leads the CGI Federal team involved in implementing its Momentum financial, acquisition, and budgeting solution across the Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”) supporting the VA’s Financial Management Business Transformation (“FMBT”) program. Mr. Getz’s responsibilities include project management and strategy, software development and implementation, technology and innovation, business intelligence, change management, and Operations & Maintenance. Mr. Getz currently serves as a member of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (“ACT-IAC”) VA Federal Insights Exchange committee, and has served on the board of two non-profit organizations. Mr. Getz holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
