As the founder and President of Evolution Executive Coaching LLC, Stacey Luces brings over 25 years of combined experience with leading multi-million-dollar projects, diverse national and international teams for Fortune 100 companies and Federal Agencies, management consulting, coaching C-suite executives, and strategic planning. Now, as an international speaker, trainer, master strategist, author, and a Certified Executive Coach she is dedicated to helping executive women and business owners reduce stress, find joy, and build the life of their dreams - by conquering fears of failure and feelings of uncertainty.

She founded two successful businesses and brings an entrepreneurial spirit of innovation, energy, commitment, and creativity to her endeavors. She has an MBA, a B.S in Marketing and International Business and executive certifications in Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, Executive Leadership for Women, High Performance Leadership, Change Management, Strategic Management, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). She is co-authoring the book, “We Rise in Power: Amplifying Women of Color and Her Voices for Change” (March 2023), with a message designed to empower women with stories of resilience and success. 

Having traveled extensively across the world and from growing up in a developing country, Stacey knows firsthand that empowering women through coaching, education, mentorship, partnership, and advocacy can change lives, lift communities, and enable women to live up to their full potential. She is a sought-after expert and currently contributes to the following organizations. She is the Co-Chair for the Women’s Foundation of Florida’s Giving Circle and provides executive group coaching to members, is on the Inclusivity + Diversity Committee for FemCity and leads training classes as a global member for this community of over 100 local chapters in the US and Canada created to help entrepreneurs and business owners connect, collaborate, and collectively succeed. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the UN Women USA, Miami Chapter as the VP of Events, supporting the mission towards gender equality of women globally by raising awareness and funds for programs which fight for women's economic empowerment, political participation and ending violence against women and was also the President of the FEMA Women’s Forum (1000+ members, nationally) where they empowered, educated and advocated for women’s needs.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Stacey currently lives in Florida, with her husband Kevin, their children Alyssa and Adam and their energetic puppy, Luke Skywalker. She balances life by traveling, painting, writing, yoga, is learning to play the guitar and loves spending time at the beach.
