Mr. Steven Kohler

Steven Kohler is the Director of the Executive Management Finance Office within the South Dakota Bureau of Finance and Management and oversees the financial functions for the internal service bureaus in state government (Administration, Finance and Management, Human Resources, and Information and Telecommunications). A South Dakota native, Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from South Dakota State University and a master of business administration degree from the University of South Dakota. Since 2018, Steven has served on the South Dakota AGA Chapter Executive Committee as the Director of Accountability.
