Steven Kramer

Steven Kramer is a Senior Funding and Costing Manager at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. He supervises the team responsible for obtaining grant reimbursements for the various capital projects at Metro. Prior to this position, Steven was a Senior Internal Auditor and managed the audit team performing construction reviews. Steve held numerous internal auditing, compliance, and financial management positions in commercial and non-profit organizations, such as MITRE, Lockheed Martin, Catholic Diocese of Arlington, and INOVA Health System. Steve is a recognized expert in the Finance/Accounting/Auditing field and has provided sound recommendations to improve operations efficiency, and effectiveness, and has contributed significantly to cost reductions throughout his career.
