Steven Kramer

Steven Kramer is a Senior Funding and Costing Manager at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. He supervises the team responsible for obtaining grant reimbursements for the various capital projects at Metro. Prior to this position, Steven was a Senior Internal Auditor and managed the audit team performing construction reviews.
