Steven Nulter

Steve Nulter serves as a Senior Business Analyst and Acquisition Advisor in the Financial Management Quality Service Management Office (FM QSMO), within the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. Mr. Nulter has been with the FM QSMO since Treasury’s initial pre-designation following the issuance of M-19-16 by OMB in early 2019. In partnership with GSA, Steve led efforts to establish the government-wide acquisition solution which provides access to the commercial offerings of the FM Marketplace (including cloud-based core financial systems). Mr. Nulter has nearly two decades of federal procurement and shared service experience. He has been directly involved in delivering shared services to a variety of agencies, managing procurement operations, advising on agency financial system modernization efforts, supporting policy initiatives, and leading strategic acquisition efforts for common needs.
