Stuart Kurlancheek CGFM, CPA

Stuart Kurlancheek, CGFM, CPA, is the Internal Controls Systems Manager in the Office of the Deputy Director at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and has over 40 years of financial management experience with both the Executive and Judicial Branches of the federal government, including 32 years with the Administrative Office. Stuart is currently leading the effort to implement the Internal Controls Evaluation System and the Internal Controls Self-Assessment Tool in all federal courts. Stuart has received numerous awards throughout his career including the Administrative Office’s Meritorious Service Award.
