Thandee has been helping local governments for twenty years in strengthening internal control environment of those agencies. Those effort has improved efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of local government operations. She has occupied multiple local/national positions at AGA, ALGA, and the Notre Dame of Maryland University Board of Trustees.
