Mr. Thomas Devine

Mr. Tom Devine currently serves as the Financial Management Product Director for Management Concepts, responsible for over 100 financial management training courses. Previously, Mr. Devine retired as a Colonel after a 28-year career as a US Army Financial Management Corps Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master Business Administration from Nichols College. He is a Certified Defense Financial Manager, member of AGA- Boston Chapter, SDFM-National Guard Chapter, Association of Federal Enterprise Risk Management and Association of Inspector General Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
