Tom Carroll

CFO, Architect of the Capitol

Thomas J. Carroll was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) in December 2011. As CFO, Mr. Carroll oversees the AOC’s annual budget of approximately $600 million and is responsible for the stewardship of the agency’s financial programs, including accounting operations, budget formulation and execution, financial reporting, enterprise risk management, financial systems and managerial cost accounting. 

Mr. Carroll graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering. He also holds a Masters of Science degree in administration from Central Michigan University.
