Tom Davis is a Senior Manager within EY’s Global Public Sector leading the Budget and Cost Optimization solution area in the Finance Field of Play. He is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience working for some of the marketplace's most highly regarded firms specializing in financial management, performance improvement, and data analytics for vast array of clients including Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Justice (DOJ), Civilian agencies, private sector, and State and Local governments. Mr. Davis earned an Economics degree from East Carolina University and holds CGFM and PMP designations.
