As principal within the $3B RSM enterprise, Tracey Walker serves as Chief Culture Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CDI). She designs RSM's national diversity, equity and inclusion programming, policy and enterprise-wide strategy creating a culture of inclusion for the 14,000 domestic employees across 90 offices in the US and Canada. She also supports the cultural effectiveness efforts of RSM International. Tracey leads the firms governing C-suite Inclusion and Employee Network Councils, as well as the12 Employee Network Groups (ENGs) talent program. She defines enterprise level inclusion and equity principles of action with focus on organizational behavior, operations integration, inclusive experiential learning and professional development. Tracey leads a team focused on outcomes for underrepresented minorities, gender diversity and supplier diversity missions. She is also the solutions leader for complex DE&I client service delivery and is a sought-after thought leader, speaker, lecturer and instructor on inclusion method and innovation for business schools and trade organizations globally. Among her numerous honors, she was named one of the AICPA’s Most Powerful Women in Accounting (2021) and received the President’s Award (2021) from the Association of Government Accountants (AGA). Tracey also serves a dual role as a Federal Government Affairs Leader, specializing in government transformation and performance and is the RSM registered lobbyist and representative before Congress.
