Tracey is the current Chief Diversity Officer at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) the global business advisory firm and she plays a pivotal leadership role shaping inclusion-empowered success. Her distinguished career has focused on national diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive culture for federal state and local government, and thousands of global employees. Tracey’s leadership and impact in DEIA is nationally recognized, through board service to business organizations including the AGA where she serves on the DEIA Council, AICPA’s National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion, CAQ Bold Ambition Task Force, NABA, ALPFA, Ascend and several business schools and centers for higher education. Her work now enriches the mission of A&M, a specialized public sector advisory organization in which nearly 10,000 accounting, tax, law, performance and technology professional employees serve complex clients from offices spanning six continents.
