Tyler Smith is the senior official responsible for the investigation and prosecution of significant threats to the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) information systems, network, or data, and electronic-related prohibited activity that may harm or threaten to harm FDIC programs or operations. The FDIC Office of Inspector General (OIG) Office of Investigations strives to protect agency programs by helping to preserve the integrity of the FDIC, the banking system, and to protect depositors and financial consumers.
