Tyrone Gillins

National Program Manager, Investigations, PRAC

Mr. Gillins is the National Program Manager for Investigations at the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) since April 2021, and is tasked with monitoring, synthesizing, and reporting on pandemic-related investigative results from the OIG community and the federal law enforcement community. His professional experience includes more than 26 years of federal law enforcement as a federal agent with the United States Postal Inspection Service and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security leading complex criminal and administrative investigations. Tye has a B.A. in Political Science from Norfolk State University and M.A. in Administrative Management/Public Administration from Bowie State University.
