Tzu Chen CGFM

Claire Chen serves as the Financial Manager for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) of the Department of the Treasury. She started her Federal Government career in 2005 and has worked at the Department of the Treasury, Department of Interior and the Department of Homeland Security. As a Chief of Office of Financial Management for BEP, she directs the oversight of budget, audit, internal control, accounting, cost accounting, financial systems, travel, and capital planning associated with maintaining BEP’s financial resources. Claire earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Claire is also a Certified Government Financial Manager.
