Vashti Young

Vashti Young is an Audit Manager at the National Science Foundation Office of Inspector General. She joined NSF OIG in December 2016. While at NSF OIG, she has made recommendations to improve the management and oversight of NSF’s divestment of its major facilities and access to personally identifiable information. Prior to working at NSF, she worked at the Department of Homeland Security OIG. Vashti has a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland College Park and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She loves to travel with her husband and two children.
