Victor L. Velez, CPA, CFE, CGFM, MBA, Former Senior Advisor for Oversight, National Science Foundation (NSF) - Victor brings 15+ years of federal spanning audit, financial analysis, grants and agreements management, program leadership, and senior advisory roles. He began his career as a DCAA Auditor and then joined NSF where he was a warranted Grants and Agreements Officer. Victor, most recently was the Senior Advisor for Oversight.
