William Collinson

I currently work for the Bureau of the Census as the Division Chief for Systems, Data Analysis, and Business Solutions within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. The division is responsible for the financial management systems, mixed systems integrations, business process reengineering, and data analytics. Previous to the Census, I held the position of Director of Food and Drug Administration's Office of Financial Management for 11 years. I have also held various financial management positions in the banking, invest advisory, and manufacturing industries. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance from Salisbury University where I was also on the lacrosse team. I received a Master's Degree in Financial Management from University of Maryland University College. I reside in Harwood, Maryland with my wife and have two adult children.
