Testified to Congressional panel on financial management workforce issues; Created and implemented the Department's financial management certification program for 50,000 DoD workforce positions. Established DoD-level advisory boards for the Department's CFO and Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). Served as DoD lead to implement the CFO Academy for the federal government in 2008.
