Leland Owens

Leland Owens brings over two decades of experience in federal contracting to Significance since joining in 2015. Through previous roles at T. Rowe Price, KPMG, BearingPoint, and Deloitte, and his current role with Significance, Leland has gained a wide range of experience with real property, audit readiness, financial management, and business transformation. Currently, Leland oversees Significance’s Navy sector work, with a focus on NAVFAC. Leland has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting (double major) from the University of Maryland and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He’s also an active member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) and the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).
