Mr. Jack Harbour

Jack L. Harbour is a Business Requirements Analyst with the Department of the Treasury. He currently works with the Payment Integrity Center of Excellence with the National Payment Integrity and Resolution Center. Before joining the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Jack worked in the banking industry for over ten years, working with receipts and adjustments on retail bank accounts and direct lending. Jack holds his Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Holy Family University in Philadelphia. He is currently contributing to the development of process improvements within the bureau to increase the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of current processes.
