John Koski is the Director, Information Systems and Technology, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Operations, Headquarters U.S. Air Force. Mr. Koski leads four integrated teams of professionals responsible for the portfolio management, cybersecurity, and audit readiness of Air Force financial management systems. His responsibilities include certification of system modernization efforts in accordance with legal mandates; development of the financial management enterprise architecture to support business process transformation; and compliance with CFO Act and other laws, regulations, and policies affecting Air Force financial managers and systems. Mr. Koski is a retired Air Force communications officer. He served as a commander and staff officer at all levels within the Air Force and Joint environments.
